Perdido Key Market update for August

I hope you and your family are having some fun this summer!

View-West-Indigo-East-1902-Perdido-Key-KathyWe are having one of the busiest summer seasons in Real Estate than we’ve had in years. There are only 110 properties listed in Perdido Key as of August 13, 2013. There are only 60 Gulf front properties and 37 off the Gulf properties listed. Since July 17th, we have had 16 listings go under contract and 17 listings closed (sold).

If you are thinking of selling, please give me a call so I can preview your property and let you know what I think fair market value is. With the inventory in Perdido Key being so low, we are starting to see prices go up. There are buyers out there waiting for the perfect property to be listed.
